The Missing is the eleventh episode of Season 2, and the thirty-seventh episode overall.

Synopsis[]

"The Nektons find the Dark Orca pirate submarine completely deserted! It's as if the pirate crew have abandoned it. But why? And what are those mysterious, ghostly sounds?"

  • Although there isn't a clear view of it Fontaine does use the Mag Knight this episode making it the first time she uses it.
  • This is the first time Hammerhead's crew (other then his kids and Danny Boy) don't appear in an episode he does.
  • The super-eel first appeared on a poster for season two.
  • The music score in the episode won an APRA Music Award for Best Music for Children's Television. This was the second time the series had an APRA Music Award either won or nominated. The other being Tartaruga where it was nominated for one.
