The Aronnax is the world's fastest submarine[1] and the home of the Nekton family. Besides the standard work stations of a submarine — bridge/command center, mess, engine block, life-support systems, and storage rooms — it also features five bedrooms, a library, a moon pool room at the belly, and an upper cargo bay with large bay doors. It has state-of-the-art navigation equipment.

Description[]
"A quick tour of the Aronnax.
Mind your head. Don’t touch that if you’re a fan of oxygen. Here at the helm of the ship, where Kaiko Nekton pilots the Arronax, you can get a look at the double-titanium hull which can withstand incredible pressures, it’s the reason your ribs haven’t been pressed through your lungs.
Keep coming and we’ll head past Fontaine’s room, which I guarantee she won’t let us peek into, and you can’t actually open the door to Ant’s room; he has too much junk piled up in there. I think he’s actually given up on reaching his bed and has started sleeping in the Moon Pool chamber. Speaking of which, here is the Moon Pool chamber. This chamber is where we keep the smaller submersibles like the Rover and the White Knight. We use the Moon Pool to get in and out of the water.
The last place on the tour is Will Nekton’s study. It contains the vastest collection of ancient charts and maps to be collected in an underwater vessel… probably because keeping so much ancient fragile paper underwater is asking for trouble."[citation needed]
Description from the exploringthedeep.com[]
The Arronax is a huge submarine and the home of the Nektons and its craftsmanship is the envy of other submariners worldwide.
It is not only the largest and most effective ocean vessel on the entire planet, but it has a whole bunch of cool defense vehicles, energy-efficient technology, and is three times the size of a military submarine! It also has a state-of-the-art radar system and holographic screens that can connect to views of the outside world (in addition to 5 bedrooms, the moon pool, a library, and more – yep, there’s still Fontaine’s secret room that Ant hasn’t found – overall, pretty cool).
